Our grand 7 person Hot Tub with thirty massaging spa jets is located on our expansive private waterfront lawn. Relax and enjoy inner harbor views as you lounge in the luxury of a therapeutic spa. Our waterfront lawn offers over 80 ft. of tidal water frontage overlooking Boothbay Harbor & 3500 square ft. of seating.  Available daily 9am - 9pm.

Enjoy all boating activities (kayaking, canoeing, etc.) from our newly added dock & float.  Our waterfront location provides all guests with the ability to access the ocean directly from our Inn.  Come & relax in the cool Atlantic Ocean during the hot summer months.  Bring your kayak or canoe & explore the myriad coves & inlets of the midcoast of Maine that we are famous for.
