Our grand 7 person Hot Tub with thirty massaging spa jets is located on our expansive private waterfront lawn. Relax and enjoy inner harbor views as you lounge in the luxury of a therapeutic spa. Our waterfront lawn offers over 75 ft. of tidal water frontage overlooking Boothbay Harbor & 3500 square ft. of seating.
We offer 2500 square ft. of waterview covered porches on three levels the wraparound our inn to meet all of our guests needs. This unique experience allows every guests who stays with us to enjoy scenic outdoor porches overlooking the tidal harbor.
Our 3rd floor porch offers our best views of the ocean at our inn. Room 5, Suite 6, and Luxury Suites 7, 8 are all located on this floor. Luxury Suite 8 is our corner suite offering over 25ft of glass picture windows overlooking the inner & outer harbor of the ocean.

Our 1st floor offers easy accessibility for guests seeking or needing a first floor option. Located on this floor are Luxury Suite 12 which offers our largest accommodation at the inn, and Rooms 1 & 2. Our wonderful gourmet breakfast is also served on our first floor. Guests gather every morning to enjoy their breakfast at quaint bistro tables under covered waterview seating.

We take great pride in our beautiful perennial flower gardens & abundant annual flower boxes and plantings. We also offer a wonderful organic herb garden & nasturtium flowers that are picked every morning for our gourmet breakfast. Enjoy!
